The shop has samples of the more common materials on display. There are also pictures of many of those materials in use on actual products. Materials are a much smaller part of the cost of a job than the labor, therefore customers are encouraged to choose the best materials possible. Today there are very good materials available such as Strata GlassTM clear vinyl and SeamarkTM top material (which is vinyl coated SunbrellaTM).
Repairs have a quick turn-around time.
Glass replacement in an existing enclosure can be surprisingly affordable.
Cost estimates can frequently be given over the phone without seeing the boat.

The front of the shop is open during business hours so customers may look at samples and photographs or drop off items for repair, etc.
Much of the work Jim does is performed on the boats at their location, so he is out of the shop quite a bit. For this reason he carries a cell phone. Feel free to call Jim on his cell at 508-364-1118.
